House of Lingerie provides delivery with UPS International and GLS International to receive at the earliest possible date, which is desired in the order. However, timely delivery requires that UPS/GLS keeps the day-to-day delivery. If there are delays with UPS/GLS, this will delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date.

House of Lingerie can not be responsible for the delays with UPS/GLS International. In case of very late (several days) or lost shipment, House of Lingerie obviously send a new delivery free of charge. Delivery to small islands and remote locations are not covered by UPS/GLS day-to-day delivery and in some cases can last 2-3 days.

The price and delivery time for shipments abroad varies depending on which country the goods will to be sent to. The price, which is determined by the weight of the goods you order, can be seen on the check out page. Delivery time is the expected delivery time stated by UPS/GLS. There may be delays due to, for example, custom clearance, where Houseoflingerie.com can not be responsible for.


If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)

You have 14 days to repeal your purchase, when you shop at us. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you;

  1. receive your product
  2. get the last good physical possession, when it comes to an agreement on several items that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately (Denmark only)
  3. get the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces (Denmark only)
  4. You must, within 14 days of receipt notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification shall be given by using our Contact form. In your message you must clearly notify us that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send with return. You will receive the withdrawal form in your order confirmation.

You can not reject the goods upon receival without giving us clear notice about this. 


You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • In return, you are responsible for that goods are packaged securely in.

The following product types are excluded withdrawal:

You will lose your right of withdrawal if;

  • breaking the seal on goods of protection of health or hygiene condition are not suitable to be returned.
  • the item has prints / marks deodorant, cream, body lotion and other liquids!
  • product tags and other attached tags removed.
  • item smells of smoke, sweat or perfume.
  • the item is returned without the original packaging.

How do you try a product correctly

Before trying the product, remove deodorant, cream and body lotion etc. which may leave marks on clothing. Always try panties on your own panties for reasons of hygiene! Do not remove any adhesive strips inside the panties. Do not remove the tags and labels on clothing.

The condition of the goods, when you send it back

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that by the withdrawal of the acquisition only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

To receive the entire purchase amount returned may you all do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course the amount you have paid us back. In the event of an impairment, as you are liable to be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your right to cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping charges (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We carry out such reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have since been supplied evidence of having sent back the.

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill out our form / standard withdrawal form. Note We do not accept packages sent Cash On Delivery.


If there is something wrong with the item (warranty)

Danish Consumer deficiency rules may apply to purchases.

When you buy from House of Lingerie you have the 24 month warranty. This means that you can either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

How soon should I complain?

You must claim within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.

We reimburse reasonable freight costs

If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the product, please state what the problem is as much detail as possible

Feel free to use our cancellation form. It is not a requirement, but it eases our casework, and minimizes turnaround time for complaint. Note We do not accept packages sent. COD or similar.

Remember, the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
